Our Rebate Program is designed to reward customers who successfully complete their loan in full and on time, without payment issues or interruptions. This program provides an opportunity to receive a rebate on a portion of the surety/guarantor fee or interest after the loan has been fully repaid.
This rebate is NOT automatic and is NOT guaranteed. Eligibility depends on meeting all program conditions outlined below.
How the Rebate Program Works:
• Your loan includes a surety / guarantor fee, which compensates the surety or guarantor for assuming the risk on the loan.
• If your loan is paid in full, meets all eligibility requirements, and was offered a rebate at the time of loan issuance, you may qualify for a rebate on a portion of the surety / grantor fee or Interest.
• Once your loan is fully completed, you can submit a rebate claim. The rebate is validated only after this process is complete.
This program is intended to encourage consistent, reliable repayment behavior and does not change your original loan obligations.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a surety / grantor fee rebate, all of the following conditions must be met:
• Loan is paid in Full
All scheduled payments were made on time
• No missed payments
• No deferrals, payment reductions, or payment rescheduling
• No collection activity, enforcement action, or third-party involvement
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in ineligibility for the rebate
Rebate Amount
• The rebate applies only to the type of rebate offered to you. (ex. Interest rebates are applicable only to the Interest while Guarantor rebates are only applicable to the Guarantor fee)
• Rebate percentages, if applicable, are determined based on internal program criteria and promotional terms in effect at the time of loan completion.
The exact rebate amount, if any, will be communicated after eligibility review.
How to Claim the Rebate
• SMS messages are sent only to clients who opt in. Complete your loan in full according to the agreed payment schedule
• Ensure no payment interruptions or issues occurred during the loan term
• Contact our Support team within ninety (90) days from the date of loan completion to claim for the rebate.
• Our team will review your account and confirm eligibility
Approved rebates are issued according to internal processing timelines.
Failure to request or claim the rebate within ninety (90) days from loan completion will result in forfeiture of the rebate, and no rebate will be issued thereafter.
5. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Goloans.ca may share client information with authorized parties for the purposes of:
• Loan processing (financial institutions, loan brokers, credit agencies, fraud and risk technology providers)
• Debt collection (agencies, legal representatives)
• Regulatory compliance (government authorities, legal obligations)
• Business operations (marketing, administration, information technology providers, underwriting support, risk assessment services, and model monitoring services)
• Debt Consolidation
• Credit-Rebuilding Companies
Important Notes
• Participation in this program is optional
• Rebates are not guaranteed and are subject to eligibility review
• Cannot be claimed when availing the Early Repayment Program
• This program does not reduce your scheduled payment amounts during the loan term
• The rebate does not affect interest calculations or the original cost of borrowing disclosure
