    • Answer: We cater to the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, P.E.I. Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador.

  5. Do you accept people with bad credit?
    • Answer: We welcome all types of credit scores. Our evaluation process is based on different criteria not solely based on your credit score. If your credit score is low, you might need a surety. That surety can also be repaid in 3-4 months!
  6. Why does it say, “your money in 30 mins”?
    • Answer: You can get it as fast as 30 minutes if you apply and get approved before 11:30 am MST. We try to get everything as fast as today! 
  7. Why should I choose you rather than a payday loan?
    • Answer: Not only do we offer the same fast and convenient process of Payday loans, but Goloans can also be paid back over 3-4 months or more—if your situation requires it.

    • Answer: You will automatically create an account when you apply for a loan. Just press “Log in” located at the top right corner of the homepage, fill-in the details for your profile and click “Apply for a Loan”.

    • Answer: To reset your password: 
      1. Click “LOGIN” in the homepage located at the top right corner. 
      2. Click on “Sign In” located at the top right corner of the Application page. 
      3. Click on “Forgot Your Password?”. 
      4. Type in your email address. 
      5. Check your email for the password reset and follow the instructions.

  2. How do I change the details on my customer profile?
    • Answer: To change any details on your profile, log in to your account and make your adjustments. You may also contact us at suppor@goloans.zendesk.com if you need assistance.
  3. How do I update any changes in my profile?
    • Answer: You may email the changes at support@goloans.zendesk.com. We will notify you as confirmation of the changes made in your account.
  4. I want to cancel my request.
  5. Do I get a copy of my contract?
    • Answer: Yes, you do. After signing the contract, you will always receive a copy of it. You can also view the contract at your own profile.
  6. Is my information secured?
    • Answer: Yes! At Goloans, the security of your personal information is our top priority. We have many systems in place to protect the security and privacy of your personal information. It is important for us that you know we integrate a lot of security checks and technology on everything we do. We believe that online privacy is key for the successful running of our business and to make sure your information is safe and prevent it from exploitation.

    • Answer: Just click on “unsubscribe”, located at the bottom of the email. But if you do, you might miss out on our deals!

LOAN APPLICATION

  1. How long does it take to complete the application?
    • Answer: It only takes about 5 – 10 minutes to fill in your details. You will receive an email notification at the end of the application.
  2. What requirements do I need to provide to apply for a loan?
    • Answer: If you are over 18 years old, have a stable source of income and an active bank account, you are likely to qualify for a Goloan online in Canada.

  1. Can I get a higher amount on my next loan?
    • Answer: Yes, you can but it is not guaranteed. We will still have to evaluate based on different criteria. Although, repaying your loan early or on time can help increase your future loan amount!
  2. What is Flinks?
    • Answer: Flinks is an instant bank verification software. It provides a fast and secure process that enables us to view a copy of your bank statement. Rest assured that your personal information is kept private and protected. We highly recommend this process to ensure a faster, secured, and easy way to get your money!
  3. I cannot access Flinks, what should I do?
    • Answer: You may upload the following documents: (1) Latest 5 months bank statement, (2) Valid ID and (3) Recent Proof of Residence. If you need assistance, email us at support@goloans.zendesk.com 
  4. What do you mean “No fax required”?
    • Answer: We process your application 100% online with no PAPER documents required! What are you waiting for? Apply at Goloans and get your approval today!
  5. Will this affect my credit score?
    • Answer: No, it will not. As a matter of fact, it can help rebuild your credit! We can teach you to increase your credit rating starting the second loan, so you get better rates on vehicles, houses, and vacation loans!

LOAN APPROVAL

  1. How long before I get approved?
    • Answer: As fast as 30 minutes! We have agents placed 24/7 to assist you and help you get your loan easily, quickly, and safely! Ofcourse, this all depends on how fast you can get information back to us when we need it!
  2. My loan got approved, how long before it gets deposited to my account?
    • Answer: Congratulations! If your loan got approved before 11:30 am MST, then expect it to be deposited within the day. If not, rest assured it will be delivered tomorrow between noon and midnight!
  3. Why was I approved for less than what I requested?
    • Answer: At Goloans, we want you to borrow responsibly. We offer financial assistance but within your repayment capacity.

    • Answer: If you wish to change the bank account that has been selected for the pre-authorized debit form in your contract, please send an email to support@goloans.zendesk.com. But if you have signed the contract already, please send an email to info@gestionmultifinance.com
  7. Why was I declined?
    • Answer: We are so sorry we cannot be of help. As much as we want to cater to everyone’s needs, there are some reasons why sometimes we cannot. But even if you got denied a loan, you may still reapply in 3 months!
  8. What are “guarantor fees”?
    • Answer: The grantor fee is paid as a security on the loan. If your credit score is in the optimal range, our lender does not require a grantor fee. If all payments are made on time with your first loan, we will lower the fee on your following loans with Goloans.

RECEIVING FUNDS

  1. Can you e-transfer my funds?
    • Answer: Yes, we can! We can get it to you via Interac or Electronic Bank Transfer within 24 hours. Apply at Goloans and get your approval today! 
  2. When will my loan be deposited?
    • Answer: When you log in to your account, you will see a countdown on when your loan will be deposited to your bank account. 
  1. I have not received my money yet.
    • Answer: If your loan got approved and you’ve signed the contract before 11:30 am MST, please expect it to be deposited between noon and midnight. If not, it will be the next banking day. *Delays depend on the rapidity of your bank.

LOAN REPAYMENT

  1. How do I pay?
    • Answer: You do not have to worry about that! We will automatically debit your loan payments in your bank account, as agreed upon our contract. 
  2. Can I repay my loan early?

  4. How come the loan payment has not been debited from my bank account yet?
    • Answer: Sometimes the process can be longer with some bank institutions. If are concerned with this and wish to talk to our agent, you may contact us at support@goloans.zendesk.com. 
  5. Can I get another loan even if I still have an active one with you?
    • Answer: No, you may not. We offer one loan at a time. After you have paid back your current loan, you may renew your application.
  6. I need to change my payment dates.
  7. Can I repay early and renew my application?
    • Answer: Yes, you can repay early. Send your request to info@gestionmultifinance.com. You can renew your application after a grace period to give you time to complete the previous loan before the beginning of payment cycles of your new loan.
  8. I want to defer my payment.
    • Answer: If you need to defer a payment, you must call 72 hours in advance. This will result in a $ 25 fee and will be added to the end of your contract. Loans repaid properly show good will and make the renewal of your loan hassle-free.

RENEWAL OF LOANS

  1. I have paid off my loan, can I reapply?
    • Answer: Yes, you can. Our loyal customers can renew after a grace period to give them time to complete a previous loan before the beginning of payment cycles of their new loan.

MISSED PAYMENT

  1. Oh no! I missed my payment! What do I do?
    • Answer: Any missed payment will be postponed to the end of your contract, and will result in $ 45 fee for insufficient funds, as stated in the contract. This will have no impact on your credit score at our business. If you wish to contact us regarding this, please email info@gestionmultifinance.com.
  2. Why was I charged an NSF fee?
    • Answer: You may have missed a payment that is why you were charged.
