- Your loan is paid in full
- All payments were made on time
- No payment errors
- No deferrals, payment changes, or collections activity
Validated claims of rebates are given after loan completion.
What the Rebate Applies to
- Rebates apply only to what was offered to you. Either the surety/guarantor fee or interest
- Principal, bank fees, and third-party charges are not eligible
- Rebate amounts are confirmed after review
Important Reminder
Rebates must be claimed within 90 days from the date your loan is completed. If not claimed within this period, the rebate will be forfeited.
Rebates are sent every Wednesday so you have to make a claim before the processing day. Otherwise, it will be sent next Wednesday.
