Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The Early Repayment Program (“Program”) is an optional benefit offered by GoLoans that allows eligible customers to receive a discount on the unpaid portion of the surety / grantor fee if the loan is repaid early in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
This Program does not change the original loan structure, repayment obligations, or payment schedule set out in the loan agreement.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for an early repayment discount, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The loan must be repaid in full
Early repayment must be initiated by the customer
• The payoff must occur within the applicable discount window
• The account must be in good standing at the time of payoff
GoLoans reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to applying any discount.
3. Discount Amounts
Eligible customers may qualify for the following discounts on the unpaid portion of the surety / grantor fee only:
• Up to 100% discount if the loan is fully repaid within 7 days from the date of loan funding
• Up to 70% discount if the loan is fully repaid within 15 days from the date of loan funding
• Up to 50% discount if the loan is fully repaid within 30 days from the date of loan funding
Discount percentages apply only to the unpaid and unearned portion of the surety/grantor fee at the time of payoff.
4. Fees Not Eligible for Discount
The Early Repayment Program does not apply to:
• Principal amount borrowed
• Interest already accrued
• Interest payable under the loan agreement
• Error fees or returned payment fees
• Bank, processing, or third-party fees
• Any fees already earned or charged
Only the eligible portion of the surety/grantor fee may be discounted.
5. How to Request Early Repayment
To receive an early repayment discount:
• The customer must contact GoLoans prior to making an early payoff
• A payoff quote will be provided reflecting any applicable discount
• Payment must be completed by the quoted deadline to qualify
Discounts are not automatically applied and require confirmation prior to payment.
6. Optional Nature of the Program
Participation in the Early Repayment Program is entirely voluntary.
• Customers are not required to repay their loan early
• Choosing not to repay early will not result in penalties, fees, or changes to the loan
• Regular installment payments will continue as outlined in the loan agreement
7. No Guarantee of Discount
Early repayment discounts are not guaranteed.
Eligibility and discount amounts are subject to verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
GoLoans reserves the right to deny or adjust discounts if eligibility criteria are not met.
8. No Payday Loan Classification
Early repayment and participation in this Program do not alter the classification of the loan.
The loan remains an installment-based consumer loan governed by the original loan agreement.
9. Changes or Termination of the Program
GoLoans reserves the right to:
• Modify
• Suspend
• Or discontinue
The Early Repayment Program at any time, subject to applicable laws. Changes will not affect discounts already confirmed in writing.
10. Governing Agreement
These Terms & Conditions supplement, but do not replace, the customer’s loan agreement.
In the event of a conflict, the loan agreement shall prevail.
